Q: Is everything made by hand?
A: Yes! All shirts are screen printed in-house by hand. No autopress. No DTG. No heat press. Hand made with love every step of the way.
Q: What type of ink is used?
A: Discharge or water-based ink. Both are eco-friendly alternatives to plastisol. It leaves the shirt with a softer print that isn't heavy like plastisol. This creates very breathable print that actually dyes the fabric vs laying on top of it.
Q: Return/Exchange policy?
A: No refunds! However, we are more than happy to exchange a shirt if you find that it does not fit or arrived with a defect.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: All orders are hand packaged within 1-3 business days of purchase. Afterwards you will receive tracking info via e-mail.
Q: My package was lost, what do I do?
A: All packages are insured. If this happens to you file a claim with USPS immediately to start a refund.
